U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services provided critical assistance to the investigation leading to a guilty plea from Nada Radovan Tomanic, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Bosnia and Herzegovina, for criminal charges related to lying about prior criminal conduct to obtain U.S. citizenship. The U.S. Attorney’s Office made the announcement.

Cuban Air Force Pilot Indicted for Immigration Fraud

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services played a pivotal role in the investigation leading to the unsealing of an indictment charging Luis Raul Gonzalez-Pardo Rodriguez, 64, of Cuba with fraud and misuse of visa, permits, and other documents, and making a false statement to a federal agency.
